A philosophy teacher restless with the need to do something with his life meets a young woman suspected of driving an artist to his death. He finds the very simple Cecilia irritating but develops a sexual rapport with her. Obsessed with the need to own and tormented by her inability to respond to him, he becomes increasingly violent in a quest he can't name - a quest that slowly begins to undermine his certainties

Between the Knees / Muleupgwa muleupsai (1984)

Ja-young is experiencing difficulties navigating the two worlds of her traditional Korean customs and those of the West. Having been scarred by inappropriate contact by an adult as a young girl; she has a hard time distinguishing between right and wrong behavior with young men. Her overbearing mother has driven Ja-young to the point where she can no longer act on her own will and this leads to trouble for her. There is a theme of men fondling and caressing women's knees in the film which is the focal point of all male sexual advances towards Ja-Young. Things spiral out of control for not only Ja-Young but her family who has their fair share of issues and skeletens in the closet. We tend to see this film as addressing some of the modern issues that affect the lives of young Koreans in the 1980's.

Indecent Woman (1999)


Upon knowing that her husband purposefully exchanged her body for business, Lam lost her control and killed her husband and devised a plan to lure her husband business partner and murdered him as well, Lam had a good impression in Ka-Wah and in order to get him in hand, she forced his girlfriend to commit suicide but fortunately she escaped and when the police came they found Ka-Wah was tied up on the bed. Upon arrested Lam, it came to the end of a tragic story.

The Indecent Woman

his softcore erotic drama features a happily married woman who is offered unexpected sexual gratification by the man (Huub Stapel) who buys her recently deceased mother's house. They are not in love, and Emilia (José Way) has no intention of leaving her husband and child, but the thrill of making love in the back seat of cars, in restaurant washrooms and similarly indiscreet places is almost too much to resist. Diary Of A Serial Killer / Guang Zhou sha ren wang zhi ren pi ri ji (1995)

"Diary of a Serial Killer" by Otto Chan is based on actual events that took place in Guangzhao's,Wong Po village in 1991-1996. During five years of terror Li Wenxian raped and murdered thirteen women,mostly prostitutes. Li told authorities he was seeking revenge for a prostitute who cheated him.Lau Shu-bill (Chan Kwok-Bong)is a serial killer. He murders prostitutes in very nasty ways.He wants to dispatch these filthy women,releasing them from their misery and giving them a better shot in the next life. This HK sickie is very well-made and has some rather unpleasant scenes of sexual violence and butchery. There is also plenty of sleazy sex to satisfy fans of exploitation cinema.

The plot is so slight as to be non-existent. Confirmed bachelor Man Suen, a university professor, must get married by the age of 35 otherwise he and his playboy brother Ray Suen won't inherit his father's fortune of 50 million dollars which will then go to his uncle. He is unaware that his colleague, the prim Miss Cheung, is in love with him and that she dreams of being rescued by her super-costumed hero. His brother has met a young heiress and his uncle has hired a sexy siren to prevent his marriage. This is the setting for the three lead actresses to display a surprising amount of softcore nudity and they are very attractive eye candy.

I would recommend it as the movie is warm hearted and inoffensive and in the end true love triumphs, so who could ask for anything more. It did reasonably well at the box-office and led to a sequel, Temptation Summary 2, which lost a little of its innocent air and was slightly more sophisticated

Die Sklavinnen / Swedish Nympho Slaves (1977)

Also known as DIE SKLAVINNEN, this Franco production was one of many produced by Erwin C. Dietrich, which would allow the director a larger than normal budget. The film centers around a father and his goon (Franco himself) who paid five-million dollars for the return of his kidnapped daughter. The daughter was never returned so they kidnap a whorehouse (Lina Romay) owner who might know where the missing girl is. I've always said that this era of Franco films are among my favorite as the bigger budgets allowed him better cinematography, great scores and some better than average stories and best of all were the beautiful tropic locations. This film here pretty much has all of that stuff with the expected amount of sleaze, sex and non-stop nudity from various beautiful women. I really found the story here to be a lot more entertaining than many of the director's films because I actually began to care about the mystery of what happened to the girl and I must admit that I really enjoyed Vitor Mendes in the role of the father. I found him to be pretty good in the role but so was Franco playing his typical type of character, which means he spends most of his time slapping around Romay. Speaking of Romay, she's as hot as ever and has no problem slipping into her role. Martine Stedil plays the kidnap girl and she's easy on the eyes as well. Eric Falk has a small role here as well. Walter Baumgartner did the nice music score and his brother Peter was in charge of the cinematography, which once again featured the trademark Franco zooms. I'm sure those who hate Franco will continue to do so but fans of pure sleaze should find plenty to enjoy here. With a running time of 75-minutes, the film goes by at a fast pace and it's trashy enough from start to finish to make it worth viewing.

Ren tou dou fu shang / There Is A Secret in My Soup (2001)

"There Is A Secret in My Soup" is based on infamous HK crime case called 'Hello Kitty Murder'.In 1999 three triad gangsters kidnapped,brutally tortured and beat a 23-year old woman named Fan Man-yee for one month until she died.Then they dismembered and cooked the body,threw most of it out with the trash,fed legs and arms to stray dogs and hid the skull inside the head of a giant-sized Hello Kitty doll."Human Pork Chop" tells the story of a young woman,who steals money and can't repay her loan.She is captured,tortured and degraded by her pimp and his crew,then killed and dismembered."There Is A Secret in My Soup" is an ugly and unsettling film,but not as grimly effective as "Human Pork Chop".Optically censored images of Hello Kitty doll add a lot of strangeness to cynical atmosphere of it.6 out of 10.

The Man in the Attic (1995)

As far as I'm concerned, Anne Archer is wonderful in this movie, "The Man in the Attic". She's wonderful in everything she does, but this time she surpasses herself. The movie is thrilling for the theme itself. It's one of my favorite movies. I strongly recommend this movie to all viewers. The scenery alone and time setting are gorgeous. I was surprised the first time I saw this movie to see how mature Neil Patrick Harris looked. He really looked like a grown man, and of course, he did a tremendous job of acting. Mr. Harris is himself always wonderful. In recapitulation, this movie, "The Man in the Attic" is a must. All those who haven't seen it, see it by all means
